How our products are packaged?

We often get asked how we package our products for delivery- especially when a customer is purchasing a large bay window pole or track. 

We have been delivering products to customers for over 30 years, and  are continuously improving our packaging for delivery. The last thing we want is to make a perfectly fitting pole or track to be damaged in transit, disappointing the customer. We are so confident in our packaging standards, we offer a guarantee that if your product doesn’t fit, or it is damaged, we will replace it free of charge.

How is my product packaged?

Straight Poles & Tracks

Straight poles and tracks are delivered in solid cardboard tubing and fastened securely at the ends with heavy-duty staples to stop the cap coming off during transit. 

Bent Curtain Poles & Tracks

All products with a curve or bend are carefully placed in foam tubing and then fastened to a custom-made wooden frame to fit the product, hand-built by our experienced warehouse team.
