  • Phillips screwdriver

 

Step-by-Step Guide:

 

Step 1 - Remove the End Set:

    • Locate the small Phillips screw at the end of the track.
    • Unscrew and carefully remove the end set.
    • Firmly pull off the end set from the track.

 

Step 2 - Remove the Wave Overlap Arm:

    • Use the flat-head screwdriver to undo the twist eye on the wave overlap arm.
    • Slide the wave overlap arm off the track.

 

Step 3 - Prepare the Gliders:

    • Ensure the square parts of the overlap arm are correctly positioned.
    • Place the master glider between these squares for smooth movement.

 

Step 4 - Attach the Gliders:

    • Slide the required number of standard gliders onto the track.
    • Space them evenly along the track for balanced operation.

 

Step 5 - Reassemble the Track:

    • Carefully pull the cords back into position.
    • Slide the end set back towards the end of the track, ensuring the cords remain untangled.

 

Step 6 - Test the Functionality:

    • After reassembly, gently pull the cords to ensure the track moves smoothly.
    • Check for any obstructions or tangled cords that may affect performance.

 

Step 7 - Secure the End Set:

    • Turn the track over and reinsert the Phillips screw into the end set.
    • Tighten the screw securely to firmly attach the end set.
